Koda is an American Pointing Labrador Retriever. He comes from a great pedigree of hunt test and field proven dogs bred for waterfowl and upland hunting! Koda's versatility and exceptional marking are his greatest assets. From his natural talent finding and pointing upland birds, exceptional marking, willingness to please , and of course love of retrieving. His small frame, at only 60lbs, keeps him quick on his feet with less wear and tear on his joints. Koda spends his down time living  with his family of 6 , a cat and 2 other dogs. His impressive ability to relax around the house yet turn up the energy and drive for hunts is exactly what i look for in a hunting partner. He is a Family dog year round but a hunting machine when the time comes.

In spring of 2021 Koda achieved his 4xGMPR title after going a perfect 8/8 never failing an APLA Master test.
 

2 AKC Master Hunter pass 

At 23 months Grand Master Pointing Retriever -GMPR
At 22 months Koda received his Advanced a pointing Retriever title -APR
At 21 months Koda went 4/4 in the HRC obtaining his HR title.
At 11 months old Koda passed his Started hunting retriever test with the Hunting Retriever Club and Certified Pointing Retriever test with the American Pointing Labrador Association.

Koda is currently continuing training with Dale Swiderski at Hunter's Rose Kennel in Dundee Michigan and working towards his finished and master titles in the HRC and AKC
